What is an AI video ad?
A short video ad where the scenes, motion or people are made with generative AI tools, then edited by us into a finished ad.
Will my customers know it is AI?
We label AI content where platforms require it. Meta may also add an AI info label to ads made with third party AI tools. We think being open is better for your brand.
Do you make testimonials or reviews?
No. We never make content in which an AI person poses as a real customer. Fake testimonials are against the Australian Consumer Law.
How fast is delivery?
Five business days from receiving your photos, brief and payment. Rush delivery within 48 hours costs 30% extra.
What happens to my product photos?
We upload them only to the tools needed for your job and delete them within seven days of final delivery.
Can I use the ads in paid campaigns?
Yes. Once paid in full you can use them for any lawful purpose, including paid ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Do you run the ads for me?
No. We make the creative. You or your ads manager run the campaigns.
Is there a lock in contract?
No. The retainer is month to month with 14 days notice.
