What we collect

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to send. The contact form opens your own email app, so nothing is stored on this website.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites, to count page views. Our fonts are hosted on this site, so no third party font service sees your visit.

Client files

Product photos and files sent for a job are uploaded only to the AI tools needed to make your ads, and deleted from those tools within seven days of final delivery. Some third party AI tools may use uploaded content to improve their models until it is deleted.

If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by Buttondown, our newsletter provider, and used only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any issue.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with services needed to run the business, such as email, our newsletter provider Buttondown, and payments.

Ask us to access, correct or delete your information at [email protected]. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
